Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Prince Edutech Private Limited (Brand: airGurukul) via Razorpay payment gateway on our official platforms (www.airgurukul.com and www.airgurukul.in).

Cancellation Policy
Since our products and services are for online usage (test series, video lectures, courses, and digital content), cancellation requests will be accepted only on the same day of purchase.

The cancellation request will be processed only if:

The purchased package (tests/videos) has not been used.

Only free tests or demo videos have been accessed.

If the User has already attempted any paid test(s) or viewed any paid video(s), the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for orders that qualify under the Cancellation Policy mentioned above.

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Razorpay linked account/credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI).

Refunds are generally credited within 7–10 business days to the User’s account, depending on the bank/payment gateway processing timelines.

Users will be notified via email on info@airgurukul.com once the refund has been initiated.
